Guests consistently praise the cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff, especially noting the nearby Folding Mountain Brewery. We stayed at Jasper East for one night with our family of four (two adults and two young children) and had a wonderful experience. Our two-bedroom cabin was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and felt very safe, which is always a priority when traveling with kids. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. His friendliness made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was peaceful and convenient. If you’re looking for additional food options or need supplies, there’s a Walmart, Tim Hortons, and McDonald’s about 15 minutes up the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Jasper East to families visiting the area. We’d happily stay here again! ?

Aug 2025. Had an amazing time staying at Jasper East Cabins. It was our favourite accommodation during our Alberta trip. We stayed 3 nights, 2 people for just under $1150 CAD. For the cabin, the temperature was comfortable, we felt safe, and it was very spacious for 2 people. There was a stove so we cooked every day. Of course, it's in the middle of the forest, so you have to end up driving anyway. We found the drive manageable to several hiking points of interest, and it was great coming back to the cabin to unwind each day after hiking. No issues with water pressure in the bathroom. 10/10 Recommend. Tip: If you're going hiking, ask reception for bear spray. They lend it to you for free and you won't pay unless you end up using it.

We stayed at Jasper East Cabins for three nights as a couple and had a wonderful time. The cabins are very cosy, clean, and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It really feels like your own little mountain retreat. The location is beautiful – perfectly situated between Jasper and Hinton, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Everything about the stay was very well organized and smooth, from check-in to check-out. The whole place has a romantic mountain atmosphere that makes it perfect for couples looking to relax and unwind. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again when visiting the area. Highly recommended!

I am so impressed with the level of service Jasper East Cabins have given my family during a hard time over Christmas! We had my mom fall ill and had to cancel last minute, they were so kind and understanding and allowed us to cancel without penalty! I will definitely rebook with them and will highly suggest anyone else to book with them as well! Five stars for sure

We spent Christmas here and it was something out of a fairy tale. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The cabins are well appointed, and the staff will bring you anything you need. We were six people, and fit comfortably in the three bedroom/ four bed cabin. The grounds are beautiful all year round, but especially in the winter. The cabins were warm and cozy, kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with utensils and other wares. We had a fantastic time, and will definitely be back.

We stayed for a few days over Christmas and it was a WINTER WONDERLAND! My boyfriend and I rented a studio cabin and it was absolutely the perfect home base for the trip. The staff were lovely, the room was clean and well-organized, and being right next to Folding Mountain Brewing was amazing! We brought a few of our own decorations (like a little tree and some presents) to make it even more festive and we already want to come back again! They also allowed dogs which meant our puppies could stay with us and they probably enjoyed it more than we did! Would absolutely recommend and looking forward to visiting again!

Beautiful, cozy cabins in a stunning wilderness area! The cabins were clean and well appointed. The shower was great - hot and high pressured. The bed was a little too big for the room, so it was difficult to squeeze in on one side, but that may have just been my particular cabin. The gas fireplace is just amazing. I highly recommend these cabins for a peaceful and scenic vacation. (Yes, you can hear the train, like all places in Jasper and Banff - if that kind of noise bothers you, bring ear plugs ?)

Very cute cabins, clean, private and has the basics for a stay. Ample room in a 2 bedroom. Fireplace & furnace, very cosy. Decent water, most likely a well. Coffee, tea complimentary-hot chocolate you have to purchase( which I think is abit chinzy- I don't drink the other) Wifi available, No TV (which is abit of a bummer on those dark early nights or if the weather is lousy). Beds are abit small -doubles? Definately needs new mattress. Paved & good parking out front of the cabins. The office has a basic store & hot coffee available for $. Brewery is next door, decent food. If staying for a few days, Hinton is 20 min away for groceries & restaurants. Jasper is approx 40 min -so much to see & do there. Restaurants, gift shops , sky tram etc. Support the locals as they are still rebuilding from the forestfire in 2024.

Overall this is one of the best cabins we have stayed at. Close to Jasper, close to Hinton. Beautiful scenery and the brewery is great for a meal and drink. The veins are amazing, the staff is friendly and polite as well as professional and courteous. Definitely will return in the spring when more touristy attractions are open. If you want an unplugged relaxing experience to enjoy the mountains and fresh air this is it !!!!
