Deposit
Guarantee Policy: Your booking has been guaranteed to the credit card provided. No charges will be placed on the card at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Credit Card Pre-Authorization: Please be aware that an authorization of up to $250.00 (in addition to room & tax) will be held on your credit card at time of check-in. The hold will be released back to you at check-out and may take 5–7 business days to reappear on your credit card depending on your banking institution.
Taxes: Please note that the rates are subject to 5% Good and Services Tax, 4% Tourism Marketing Levy, a 2% Tourism Improvement fee in Banff and a 3% Tourism Improvement fee in Jasper. All taxes and fees are subject to change.
Property Damage: Any damage to hotel property, public or in-room, may result in additional charges. This policy also includes fees for additional cleaning required due to food and beverage spills and other stains attributable to the room’s guest usage
Cancellation
Standard Cancellation Policy: Please notify us of any reservation cancellation 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellation within 72 hours will result in a credit card charge of one night's room rate plus taxes. Failure to show for your reservation without notification will result in a 100% cancellation charge. Exceptions may apply.
