The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that the room was clearly not inspected and/or cleaned properly. There was a splatter on the wall by the headboard that seemingly looked like blood. And the nightstand in between the beds had a previous guests garbage still present.

The location is great, everything is easily within walking distance, and there is a nice pub in the same building. The rooms are simply a place to rest your head for the night, but that's about all I can say about it. I didn't find the bed to be comfortable, there were no towels, and the toilet was constantly dripping water in the tank throughout the night. The shower is really small, but it had a nice shower head. If you simply want a place to sleep while being close to other businesses, this is an alright place, but if you're looking for a nice stay, maybe look into other options.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, warm...no funky smells or bugs. Super charming cozy room, actually lots of character... has everything you'd need. Nesspresso in room ?! The lavender peppermint toiletries were nice. Towels soft. Gel bed! It was great!

We had a great stay, location is unbeatable it’s right in the heart of town and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and everything else. The hotel has so much character and history, which made the stay feel extra cool. Our room was clean and comfortable after long days of exploring the park. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt relaxed and charming. It’s the perfect place if you want to stay somewhere central, unique, and full of character. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is cute and well maintained. Charming and cozy 100 years old. Great food and drinks at their restaurants downstairs. We had a big comfortable king bed with all the pillows. The staff who checked us in were well prepared. Lots of parking in front of the hotel. The coffee maker in the room was nice and modern. Ice machine and microwave. It’s close to main part of town and train station.

Classic looking hotel. Value for money and great service. Only downside is the parking area is on the other side of the road but still accessible and near. There is also no elevator if you are carrying big luggages. The location is good because it's in the heart of Jasper downtown.

Very nice hotel in a great location in Jasper. Although rooms are small they are well maintained, stocked with nice soap towels etc. and a welcome drink at the next door bar was a nice touch. You really can’t beat this location , 10 min drive to many amazing lakes and hikes

No elevator, the hotel is a bit old so creaky doors and air conditioner is portable. Beds are clean and comfortable

Met a local friend for breakfast and it was a beaut! Eggs perfect, toast and bacon perfect, coffee kept coming, atmosphere was warm. Street view with lots of windows and very near local parking. I really felt I was in the right place and time for socializing and filling my tank! Lovely and a definite Go There recommendation.

We stayed at the Astoria for two nights, for a 100 year old building it’s in great shape, the rooms of course are on the smaller size but that is part of its charm. Very convenient parking across the street and attached restaurant and pub. Very friendly staff and room was cleaned and new towels provided. Only down side was the location of our room, we faced the alley so early morning truck deliveries to the restaurants had us awake pretty early.
