the hostel is realy clean,good position very nice patio and big room for dormitory. i did like the kitchen close at 10 pm(11 would be good) and also the staff on the reception is look like they hate that job,everyone so serius no smile, you arrive ask you passport explain the hostel done whitout emotion the hostel atmosphere is not that one. and also i asked for pubblic bus or some trial or few base information about jasper they just told go to info center(iyou should know the basic stuff if you working there)

Clean and comfortable! I had a private room with two beds and was impressed with the cleanliness of both my room and the shared bathroom. I really appreciated having a sink in the bedroom, which i don’t often see in hostels! The staff were kind and helpful. Great location, easy to walk around town and grab a drink at the Legion next door!

I had a fantastic stay at the Jasper Downtown Hostel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of town and within walking distance of all the best shops and cafes. ?The facilities were spotlessly clean, and I was really impressed by the modern, fully-equipped kitchen and the cozy common areas. It has a great social vibe without being too loud, making it the perfect base for exploring the park. Whether you're in a dorm or a private room, the value for the price is excellent. Highly recommend for any budget traveler or hiker!

Nice building in a great location. Very clean amenities. Most importantly, the staff is amazing. They really go above and beyond to make you feel at home and will help any way they can. Highly recommend.

Very nice and clean Hostel. Super central Free parking in short distance. Cozy room, well designed, and comfy beds, nice shower. Never had a hostel room with this many hangers before ^^ I was able to hang up every single piece of cloth (incl. socks) on a seperate hook and there were still some left xD LOVED IT :-P I think I counted more than 30 ^^

Love this hostel. Super comfy, quiet, safe, great staff, big kitchen. I can't even tell you how many times I've stayed there at this point. I could easily go to a hotel, but the vibe there is just too good.

I had a car accident on my way to this hostel, so obviously I couldn’t get there and spend the night, I called to ask for a reimbursement but they wouldn’t do it because “that’s the policies of the house”. I found it unfair. The place has no empathy at all. Be careful when you book a night in this place, plan your accidents as well just in case of loosing more money for nothing!

Jasper Downtown Hostel is one of the best places for travelers — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of town. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Many of our MM Taxi guests stay here and love it! Anyone who has ever stayed in a dormitory, it's like this here. Not much different. For those traveling solo or in groups with a budget in mind, this is the right place. For couples who are not budget-conscious, you can probably find another room. The special thing is that their kitchen is fully equipped, large and suitable for cooking. Laundry machine also have, CAD 3.00 per washing mchine & CAD3.00 Per dryer. The location is in the middle of Jasper town, very strategic for mobile tourists. There is a hostel parking lot but it is very limited (1st come 1st serve), other free parking is a bit far away.

The dorm room was good and I appreciated the curtains. Kitchen was good. I did however think that the mixed bathrooms were strange - particularly for showering. I am all for progressiveness, but as a younger female I felt strange being in the shower room with men over 60.
